At Heldenstark, children learn to deal with challenges and act confidently
– through exercise, creativity and fun.
Heldenzeit
ages 5-7
Playful exercises, fantasy stories, movement and small tests of courage in a safe group setting.
Goal: Strengthening self-confidence, dealing with emotions and social skills.
Weekly | 60 minutes
max. 9 children
Starkmacher
ages 8-11
Age-appropriate exercises, teamwork, small challenges and role-playing games.
Goal: Promoting conflict resolution and emotional strength.
Weekly | 75 minutes

Who is behind Heldenstark?
Marco Hirsch (38) is married and the proud father of three children. After many years in the international corporate world, he has discovered his true passion – empowering children for life. Since July, he has been training as an Emotic trainer at „Stark auch ohne Muckies“ to help children develop resilience, emotional strength and inner balance.
With his passion project Heldenstark, Marco wants to help children become real ‘heroes’ – courageous, self-confident and emotionally strong. His goal is to raise a generation that is so secure that external influences bounce off them and they only let in what is good for them. Children who know who they are and who carry their hearts openly but protected through life.
